These terms apply when you use this website to book an appointment with Color Closet. By booking, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Booking
- A booking is a request for an appointment at the time you choose. If your service requires a deposit, your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
- Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.
- You must be 18 or older to book. A parent or guardian should book for anyone under 18.
- Please don't make bookings you don't intend to keep, book under someone else's name without permission, or misuse this website.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Square, and you also agree to Square's terms when paying. Deposits count toward the price of your service. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices and services
We work to keep prices, services and hours on this website accurate. Prices shown as "from" are starting prices. If we find an error, we'll contact you before your appointment. We may need to change or reschedule an appointment, and if we do, we'll contact you.
Contacting you
By booking, you agree that we may call or text the number you give us about your appointment. We won't use it for marketing.
Liability
We provide this website as is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.
